www.faaro.shop is operated by Faaro Global General Trading LLP(“Faaro”, “we”), a limited liability partnership registered in India. These terms apply to every order placed on the site, on WhatsApp, or through our team. By placing an order you accept them.

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We do our best to show products accurately, but packaging and colours can differ slightly from photographs, and recipes are refined over time. Ingredients and allergens are printed on every pack.
• We may correct a pricing error before dispatch; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Products are sold for personal consumption. Wholesale and reseller orders are handled separately — see Wholesale.

An order is placed when you complete payment online, or when we confirm it in a WhatsApp chat. You receive an order reference (FA-XXXXX) and a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if the address cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud — and in that case any payment is refunded in full.

You must be 18 or over to place an order, and the details you give must be accurate; we deliver to the address you provide.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under their terms. We never see or store your card details. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be added afterwards; one code per order.

When you upload a photo or text for a personalised gift, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not offensive or unlawful. We may decline a design. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or strikes, though we will always tell you what is happening.

If something goes wrong, write to faaroglobal@gmail.com or message +919961632276 and we will reply within two working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kannur, Kerala have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum.
