Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in India that our courier partners serve, which is nearly every PIN code. We do not ship outside India yet. If your PIN code turns out not to be serviceable after you order, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

• Orders of ₹2,500 or more (after any discount) ship free.
• Orders below that carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay.
• All product prices include GST. There are no further charges on delivery.

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Kerala). Personalised gift orders take longer because they are printed to order — the timeline is shown in the Gift Studio and confirmed on WhatsApp.

You receive the courier’s tracking details on WhatsApp and by email as soon as the parcel is booked.

• Kerala: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of South India: usually 3–5 working days.
• Rest of India: usually 4–7 working days; remote and north-eastern PIN codes can take longer.

Couverture chocolate softens above about 30 °C. We pack with insulated liners and ice packs during the hotter months, and we may hold a dispatch for a day or two when a heatwave makes safe transit unlikely — we will tell you if so.

If a bar arrives soft, leave it unopened in a cool place (not the fridge door) for a few hours; it will set again. A pale bloom on the surface is cocoa butter that has moved, not spoilage, and it is safe to eat. If a product arrives melted beyond that, see our refund policy.

The courier attempts delivery up to three times and calls the number on the order. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody could be reached or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to re-send it; a second shipping charge may apply. Please check the address carefully at checkout — we can only change it before dispatch.
