Refund & cancellation policy

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp at +919961632276 or email faaroglobal@gmail.com with your order reference (it starts with FA-). Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, so the sooner the better.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. Personalised gift orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started, because they cannot be sold to anyone else.

Chocolate is a perishable food, so for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered, unless something is wrong with them (section 3). This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond a soft bar, past its best-before date, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — a replacement or a full refund for the affected items, your choice, including any shipping you paid.

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email, with your order reference.
• Send a photo of the outer parcel and of the item — this is what we need to claim from the courier, and it is all we ask of you.
• Please do not throw the item away until we have replied; we may ask the courier to collect it, at no cost to you.

A soft bar or a pale surface bloom is normal in transit and not a defect — see the shipping policy. If in doubt, send us a photo and we will tell you honestly.

If, after you have paid, an item turns out to be unavailable or your PIN code cannot be served, we will contact you and refund the affected amount in full — or the whole order if you prefer — within two working days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment partner. We initiate the refund within 2 working days of agreeing it; banks and card issuers then take 5–7 working days to show it (UPI is usually faster). You receive a confirmation with the refund reference.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different account.

Orders agreed and paid in a WhatsApp chat follow the same rules. The refund goes back to the account it was paid from.
