Creator Partners
Version September 2026. The short version: you recommend, we sell, you earn on delivered orders, every post is labelled, and it never costs you anything.
The Faaro Creator Partner Programme (“the Programme”) is run by Faaro Global General Trading LLP(“Faaro”, “we”), 209/B1, Ruby Arcade, Keeriyad, Chirakkal, Kannur 670010, Kerala. A creator partner (“you”) recommends Faaro products to their own audience and earns a commission on orders that customers place with Faaro using your code or link. Faaro sells and ships every order. You do not sell, hold stock, invoice customers, or act for Faaro in any other way.
This is an affiliate arrangement between independent parties. It is not employment, agency, partnership, franchise or direct selling.
You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract. Applications are reviewed by a person; we accept or decline at our discretion and need not give reasons.
It is free to join, free to stay and free to earn.Faaro never charges a joining fee, subscription, deposit, kit or training cost, and never requires you to buy any product to join, remain in the Programme, or qualify for commission. Anyone asking you for money in Faaro’s name is not Faaro.
Before your first payout we will ask for the details Indian tax law requires: your PAN, your bank account, your address, and whether you are GST-registered. We do not ask for these on the application form.
On acceptance you receive a personal discount code and a tracked link. The code gives customers a discount at the cart; the link applies your code automatically for anyone who arrives through it. You also get a partner-price code with a deeper discount for your own and your household’s orders; it is for personal use, not for sharing publicly or buying for resale. All of them stay Faaro’s property and may be changed, paused or withdrawn under section 12.
A qualifying order is an order placed with Faaro by a genuine customer that:
You and your household are welcome to shop with your code as often as you like, and you get a deeper partner price on a separate personal code. Those orders get the discount in full; they just don’t earn commission.
These do not earn commission: your own orders; orders by people in your household; orders you or anyone else places to generate commission; wholesale, distributor or event orders; orders using another promotion where the terms of that promotion say so; and orders placed after your participation ended.
Commission is calculated on the order value after your discount and excluding shipping and taxes.
Your commission rate is a percentage agreed with you in writing when you join, based on your audience and content. Faaro may change it for future orders with 14 days’ notice; a change never applies to orders already delivered.
Faaro pays commission only on qualifying orders. Faaro does not pay anything for introducing, referring or recruiting other creators, customers or participants, and no rank, title, level or bonus in the Programme depends on doing so.
Commission is pending when an order is confirmed and approved when it is delivered. If the order is later cancelled or returned, the commission is reversed; if it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Approved commission is paid monthly by bank transfer or UPI once it reaches ₹1,000. Smaller balances roll forward. If you are GST-registered, invoice us for the month with GST shown and we pay the GST in addition. Faaro may hold a payout while it investigates suspected breach of these Terms, and will tell you why.
Faaro deducts income tax at source on commission as the Income-tax Act requires (currently 2% for a resident with a valid PAN, and the higher statutory rate without one) and issues you a TDS certificate for each quarter. Products given to you free may also be a taxable benefit under the Act above the statutory threshold; where that applies we will tell you before sending them.
Everything else about your own income tax and GST is your responsibility. For creators outside India, withholding and paperwork differ; we will agree the process with you before the first payout.
Because you receive a commission and free product, every post, story, reel, video, live stream or other content in which you mention Faaro or its products is an advertisement under the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media and the Central Consumer Protection Authority’s guidelines on endorsements. You agree to:
Content about Faaro that you make after leaving the Programme, while any code or link of yours still works, is covered by this section too.
Your opinion is yours, and we want the honest version, good and bad. Factual claims about the product are a different matter. Faaro provides a one-page approved claims sheet; factual statements about ingredients, origin, nutrition or quality must come from it or from the pack label.
Because Faaro is a food, Indian food-advertising law means you must not describe any Faaro product as “healthy”, “natural”, “sugar-free”, “no added sugar”, “guilt-free” or “preservative-free”, must not claim any health, medical, weight, immunity or antioxidant benefit, must not suggest a doctor or nutritionist recommends it, and must not encourage excessive consumption. You must also not make any earnings claim about the Programme itself.
You confirm that any opinion you give reflects your genuine, current experience of the product.
Post where and when you choose. You must not: publish your code on coupon-aggregator or deal sites; run paid search or social ads on Faaro’s name or trademarks; create accounts, pages or handles that could be taken for Faaro’s own; send unsolicited messages; use bought followers or engagement; or present Faaro in content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes tobacco, alcohol, gambling or violence.
You own the content you create. You give Faaro a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare it on Faaro’s own social accounts and website, with credit, for as long as it stays on your account plus 12 months. Any use of your content in paid advertising, print or packaging needs a separate written agreement and fee. Faaro’s name, logos and product photography are Faaro’s; you may use them only to promote Faaro under these Terms.
Either side can end participation at any time by writing to the other. Faaro may also pause or end your participation immediately if you breach sections 8, 9 or 10, if your content brings Faaro into disrepute, or if the Programme closes.
When participation ends, your code and link are switched off, commission already approved is paid on the normal schedule, and pending commission is paid if and when those orders are delivered. Commission earned through a breach of these Terms is forfeited.
Faaro may update these Terms with 14 days’ notice by email or WhatsApp; continuing in the Programme after that is acceptance. The version date is at the top of this page.
We collect and use your personal data as described in the notice on the application form and in Faaro’s privacy policy: to review your application, run the Programme, pay you, and meet legal obligations. Application data is kept for 12 months; a partner’s records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Write to faaroglobal@gmail.com to access, correct or erase your data or withdraw consent.
You are responsible for your content, your disclosures and any claim you make that is not on the approved claims sheet, and you will compensate Faaro for losses or penalties that result from a breach of sections 8, 9 or 10. Faaro is responsible for the products, for the accuracy of the approved claims sheet, and for paying commission correctly. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and Faaro’s total liability to you is limited to the commission due to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any disagreement by talking first; failing that, the courts in Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
